Conde Villar Vinho Verde Rose

Clear and bright raspberry colour. Fresh and young aromas of red berries. Good balance between fruit and crispness. Smooth and creamy with mineral finish.

Macrostie Chardonnay

The wine is pale straw gold in color, with honey-suckle and jasmine aromas. Citrus flavors; kefir lime and tangerine, dominate the taste profile while the mouth feel is elegant and full, with a ripe pear and a touch of vanilla caramel from the oak. The finish is soft and smooth, very dry, but leaves lingering lush primary fruit flavors.

Lawson’s Dry Hills Riesling

Pear, stonefruit and citrus characters feature strongly and the combination of low yields, partial barrel fermentation and lees stirring has produced a wine with weight, complexity and length.

Lawson’s Dry Hills Pinot Noir

The nose is intensely penetrating and tightly packed with primary aromas of ripe dark berry fruits – black cherries, spicy oak and fragrance of violets, nuances of liquorice and plums. Medium-bodied and elegantly proportioned, the flavours of dark berry fruits and black cherries are concentrated. This wine has the firmness of youth with emerging oak carrying through to a long and sustained finish with spicy black cherry flavours. A youthful Pinot Noir with intense black fruits and raciness.

Altos Lamay Pinot Noir

The nose is gorgeous, with red currant and raspberry fruit mixing with varietal clove and allspice, and rose petals. Strawberries and more vibrant red fruit hit the palate balanced with slate and mushroom, with a brightness and depth that is beautiful. Fuller bodied than typical Pinot Noir due to the intense climate and winds of Argentina’s newest growing region, Patagonia. Paul Hobbs consulting winemaker.
