2012 Swallow Riesling
A lighthearted and versatile wine with floral and stone fruit aromatics, a gently refreshing mouth feel, and finishing just off-dry.
This full-bodied and fruity wine comes from vines grown high on the slopes of Mont-Ventoux, one of the best vineyards in the Rhone Valley. It has been meticulously selected by the Perrin family who is known for producing some of the very best wines of the Rhone valley. This wine is full of fruit and spice aromas, it has soft tannins and good body This delicious wine goes perfectly with meat dishes barbecues, poultry, pastas and pizzas.
505 Vineyards Malbec
The 2012 Estate Malbec is pure Malbec aged for nine months in used French oak barrels and has a bouquet of ripe black fruits, with a slightly burnt note. The palate is medium-bodied, with good acidity, polished tannins and good length. Drink 2014-2016.
Tasting Notes: An elegant fruit forward wine, the nose is intense, presenting aromas of fresh, ripe red fruits. The mouth-feel is full and rich, with soft and round tannins typical of the vineyard. It has a long and persistent finish. 87 pts Robert Parker Jr.’s The Wine Advocate
