Mamamango 

Sparkling Moscato naturally infused with pure mango purée. GRAPE VARIETAL White Muscat of Canelli TASTING NOTES A deep yellow-orange color and mango aromas harmonize with the tropical fruit, coconut, honeysuckle, and apricot jam notes of the Moscato. The texture is rich and creamy. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS Enjoy in place of the traditional Mimosa with brunch, as a delightful apéritif, or to accompany fruit and dessert. Mamamango is also ideal for savoring in cocktails.

 Alias Chardonnay

Alias Chardonnay has been consistently delicious every vintage because vintage because the Mendocino and Monterrey growers are dedicated to faming sustainable, exceptional fruit.  Nose:  This Chardonnay makes an impression the minute you bring the glass to your nose.  Lemons, peaches, banana, tropical fruits, creaminess, a hint of coconut and vanilla oak.   Mouth: Great citrus and tropical fruit characters come together in a creamy, crisp lushness.  Enough oak to give it a touch of toasted bread and vanilla.  There is enough malolactic to give a rich creamy texture, which balances wonderfully with the acidity.

Albert Bichol Pinot Noir

Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir (old vines) is produced with vines aged between 25 to 35 years old. on clay-and-limestone soils. It is in Burgundy where the Pinot Noir varietal was born and became a synonym for elegance and finesse throughout the world.  Tasting notes: This Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes has a lovely intensive red color. It is just as flattering to the nose thanks to a seductive palette of very fruity aromas – notes of blackcurrant, redcurrant and plum. The mouth is fleshy and well-balanced and enhanced by discreet woody notes with a pleasant finish. Serving suggestions: Roasted or grilled meats, poultry, vegetables and mild cheese such as farmhouse Brie. It will go perfectly well with a sauté of lamb with spices, mushroom-filled tomatoes, a duck terrine or meat cooked on a skewer.
