Salmon Creek Sparkling

“A medium colored sparkling wine with aromas of wheat, yeast, apple, pear and lime. Marenco Strev Moscato Di Asti 

The name Strev refers to the Strevi hills, where the Moscato for this wine is cultivated. The Strevi hills are located in the eastern part of the Asti DOCG appellation. The Moscato grapes grown here are known for their exceptional ripeness levels due to the warm microclimate and steep hillsides. Tasting Notes Color: Straw yellow Bouquet: Aromatic, delicate and fragrant
Flavor: Mild with a rich Moscato flavor Pairings: Pairs well with desserts, cakes and is a refreshing aperitif.

Perelkada Cava Brut  Reserva 

Perelada Brut Reserva is made with wine of the three typical cava varieties: Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada. This is a classic cava made according to the traditional method, with the utmost rigor and care that are characteristic of Perelada. Varietals: Macabeu (40%), Xarello (30%), Parellada (30%).  Winemaking: Temperature controlled fermentation off the skins. Ageing: The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the traditional method. It stays in the cellar for about fifteen months before disgorging.  Tasting note: Pale yellow colour. Good bubble detachment. Thanks to its ageing, it has developed a fine aroma with fruit hints. It’s well balanced structure, elegance and sensorial richness form an unmistakable personality.

 Cinzano Prosecco 

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES This sparkling wine is created with the Italian Charmat method, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks which is then followed by shorter secondary fermentation in sealed tanks. The wine is then promptly bottled and released to preserve freshness. This method is used in order to create fruity style sparkling wines that have an intense varietal character. DESCRIPTION Color: Bright straw yellow with fast moving bubbles Aroma: An intense aroma of flowers and hints of apples Taste: A fresh, fruity and crisp sparkling wine with medium acidity and attractive notes of green apple and melon. Bright on the finish.
