Wine Tasting Friday September 23, 4-7 pm

Cote des Roses
This wine embodies the Mediterranean Art de Vivre. Fresh and fruity, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, from the Languedoc Appellation, is ideal at 50 degrees F, as an aperitif or with shellfish and subtly spiced dishes.

California Bubo Pinot Noir
Bubo is the Latin word for “owl” and the name of the goddess Athena’s magical owl. Throughout history owls have been regarded with fascination and associated with prosperity, good fortune, and a natural method of controlling pests. Owls that inhabit vineyards where grapes are grown are treasured because of their role as long term stewards of the land. This juicy Pinot Noir has aromas of Bing cherries and brown spice followed by flavors of strawberries and cola. Enjoy this medium-bodies wine with light dishes such as poultry and pork.

Fox Hill Meadery Blackberry Honey Wine
The Blackberry Honey Wine contains loads of blackberry goodness and a hint of sweetness. Recommended to be drank, chilled at 40-50 degrees.
