Join us this evening for our Friday Evening Wine Tasting featuring Contempo Wines.

Contempo Chardonnay

Chile origin: Cachapoal Valley, Peumo Area

This Chardonnay is pale yellow in color, with golden hues. It has a fruity, fresh nose with hints of citrus, lime and vanilla. The palate presents delicious flavors of peach, pineapple and white pepper. It winds down with a fresh, smooth and lingering aftertaste of citrus fruit and a good, clean finish. This is a round, powerful wine. Enjoy with light pasta with creamy sauces, soft cheeses, Salmon and Tuna sushi.

 Contempo Merlot

Chile origin: Cachapoal Valley, Peumo Area

This wine is an intense purple color. On the nose, you can find a ripe fruity aroma with black cherries, blackberries, violets and plums. The palate is smooth, with a medium concentration, well-balanced, firm and juicy. This is a great wine for roasted chicken or duck, beef bourguignon, or other lighter meats, as well as lightly spiced dark meats. It also pairs well with tomato sauce-based pasta dishes.
