Proa Caca

Cava is made the same way that Champagne is produced, but with different grapes.  Macabeu is the primary grape used in Cava production. Despite its importance, Macabeu tastes somewhat simple. It has faint floral aromatics, a lemony flavor with a slightly bitter finish that tastes similar to green almonds. Xarel·lo (sounds like ‘Cheryl-ooh’) on the other hand, is much more aromatic with rich floral aromas and pear/melon-like notes. The last grape, Paralleda, is blended for its ripping high acidity and zesty citrus flavors. Together the three Spanish grapes create a balanced fruity sparkling wine that’s less sweet than Prosecco but not as nutty as Vintage Champagne.  Is Cava sweet? No, not usually. Cava is far closer to a non-vintage Champagne or an American Sparkling wine.

Pannonica White Blend

PANNONICA – perfect cuvées of classic regional grapes
Pannonica is an Austiran Cuve’e made from Gruner Veltliner (40%) Chardonnay(35%) and Pinot Blanc (25%).  It is light yellow-green in color , with spicy hay and apricot, and hints of roses andlime. “Pannonica” is a reference to our heritage: Pannonia – once a province of the Roman Empire, bounded North and East by the river Danube. The unique Pannonian climate and terroir: cool with continental influences and 2000 hours of sunshine. The soil is a mix of clay, limestone, gravel and pre-historic rocks.

Hayes Ranch Chardonnay

Golden yellow in color, our Chardonnay, invites you in with its vanilla and brown sugar aromatics. Hints of oak and cinnamon-kissed green apple flavors help create a very smooth wine with a soft fruity finish. Hayes Ranch premium California wines embrace the spirit of the American West. The Hayes family was a true California ranching family whose livelihood depended on the land. Today, the Wente Family carries on the Hayes family tradition, with 128 years of winemaking and wine growing history, crafting bright, delicious wines from premier California vineyards. We created these wines for your enjoyment, with a rancher’s pride, from excellent quality grapes.

La Galope Sauvignon Blanc

The oceanic climate and sandy soils of Gascony are perfectly suited to our really high quality Sauvignon blanc.  This vibrant wine fresh and citrus-scented is ideal in every occasion, for aperitif to with shell-fish and seafood.

Pamplune Rose

Rosé wine flavored with natural grapefruit aromas, and light alcohol content. The association of the pomelo vivacity and the wine crispness gives a feeling of freshness and refinement. An explosion of fruits with an elegant touch of bitter sweetness.

Retorno Garnache

This wine was produced from old vines of Garnacha, that were planted more than 60 years ago on the highest area of the DO Calatayud, made of paleotholic materials, mainly quartzite and slate.  In addition the soils have the right natural content, which provide sufficient nutrients to the plant with proper aeration.
